1. Select tickets to buy

Find an event, choose the ticket category that fits your needs, and add it to your transaction list for review.

2. Review ticket details

Review the date, time, venue, seat, delivery method, and terms before confirming your purchase.

3. Choose a transaction method
  1. Arrange a meeting time directly with the seller.
  2. Check the ticket information before completing the transaction.
  3. Confirm receipt so the system can mark the transaction complete.
  1. Enter the correct address for receiving the ticket or related documents.
  2. Track the shipment code and delivery schedule.
  3. Contact support if delivery exceeds the promised time.

  2. All conditions must be confirmed clearly before payment.
  3. Keep your messages as evidence in case support is needed.
  1. Receive a PIN or verification code from the system or seller.
  2. Confirm the transaction only after checking that the code is valid.
  3. Do not share the code with a third party outside the official transaction.

Buyer compensation
