Create an account on the Vietticket customer signup page, then verify your email to buy tickets, save a wishlist, or list tickets for resale.

On the customer login page, select Forgot Password, enter your registered email address, and follow the link sent to your inbox.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order status, ticket delivery method, and transaction policy. Contact support as soon as an issue occurs so it can be reviewed promptly.
